Thank you for choosing our tile products. We are committed to providing high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing tiles. To protect your interests, we offer the following warranty terms:
Warranty Coverage
- This warranty applies only to tiles manufactured and sold directly by our company
- We will be responsible for product quality issues caused by manufacturing defects or material flaws
Special Notes
- Due to the difficulty of partial repairs and comprehensive warranty after tile installation, this warranty is primarily fulfilled by providing replacement tile pieces
- Within reasonable limits, we will assist customers by shipping matching or similar batch tiles via courier for repair or replacement purposes
- Please understand: Due to batch variations in tile production, subsequently provided products may have slight differences in color, texture, or gloss
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following situations are NOT covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by improper installation or non-standard construction practices
- Breakage, scratches, or wear caused by human factors or accidents
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning or maintenance (such as using strong acidic or alkaline cleaners)
- Damage caused by natural disasters, external impact, or other force majeure events
- Natural wear and tear during normal use
Note: Even for situations not covered under warranty, we will still provide replacement tiles at a reasonable cost
Warranty Period
- 1 year from the date of purchase
- For quality issues within the warranty period, please retain your proof of purchase and contact us promptly
After-Sales Process
- Customer submits problem description with photos and provides proof of purchase
- Our after-sales department reviews and confirms the issue
- For issues within warranty coverage, we will provide replacement tile pieces via courier
- For issues outside warranty coverage, we can offer paid replacement or repair recommendations
