Epoxy grout is one available option for mosaic floors. It can provide strong stain and chemical resistance with very low water absorption, making it suitable for many frequently cleaned areas.

However, epoxy grout does not replace the waterproofing system or eliminate cracking caused by substrate movement, missing movement joints or improper installation. The grout should be selected according to the tile material, application, substrate and manufacturer’s requirements.

Use compatible adhesives, grout, waterproofing products and sealers. Professional installation and a small test area are recommended, particularly for glass mosaics and natural marble.
